We offer commercial, residential and industrial space, built to standards of excellence by NCC, in 11 Nunavut Communities, including:

  • 10 office buildings, including the Nunavut Legislature, leased to the Government of Nunavut;
  • 129 residential units leased to the Nunavut Housing Corporation;
  • Inuksugait Plaza, our premiere development in Iqaluit, with both residential and commercial units;
  • Industrial warehouse space, which is owned jointly by NCC and Atuqtuarvik Corporation, through our partnership, NCC/AC Industrial Park L.P.
  • A mixed-use commercial and residential building in Rankin Inlet.
We are in the process of developing a new mixed-use commercial and residential building on the Lower Plateau in Iqaluit through our partnership with Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc., QPI/NCC Plateau Development L.P.

We also provide property management services in the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut.

Our mission is to keep our tenants warm, dry and well ventilated, 24/7.
