NCC/AC Industrial Park L.P. is a Limited Partnership registered under the NUNAVUT Partnership Act on June 2, 2011. The General Partner is NCC/AC Industrial Park G.P. Limited. The Limited Partners are NCC Properties Limited and Atuqtuarvik Corporation.

Atuqtuarvik Corporation is an Inuit owned Investment Corporation that provides financial services (through loans and equity investments) to Inuit Businesses throughout Nunavut. Atuqtuarvik Corporation is wholly owned by Nunavut Tunngavik Inc.

The construction of the $7.5 million dollar project known as the NCC/AC Industrial Park consisting of three (3) buildings started in May, 2012 once this development project is completed a total of 25,500 square feet of heated warehouse space on will be leased by Government and private sector businesses.

QPI/NCCP Plateau Development L.P. is a Limited Partnership registered under the NUNAVUT Partnership Act. The General Partner is QPI/NCCP Plateau Development G.P. Ltd. The Limited Partners are Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. and NCC Properties Limited.

On April 1, 2006, Qikiqtaaluk Corporation (QC) merged all of its commercial real estate holdings into a new entity known as Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. (QPI). The components which made up this merger were the QC subsidiaries, Kakivak Development Corporation and Lot 521 Joint Ventures Inc.

QPI manages multiple commercial, residential and warehouse properties within Iqaluit. QPI reports 80% Inuit employment, with excellent employee attrition rates. They are committed to the training and advancement of the skills for those who work for them.

QPI/NCCP Plateau Development L.P. for the construction of the Lots 214 & 215 Qulliq Court project has contracted NCC Development Limited (NCCD), 100% Inuit Owned NCCD has a proven skilled Inuit work force and continues to development career opportunities for Inuit working in the construction industry.
