NCC/AC Industrial Park L.P. is a limited partnership registered under the Nunavut Partnership Act on June 2, 2011. The general partner is NCC/AC Industrial Park G.P. Limited. The limited partners are NCC Properties Limited and Atuqtuarvik Corporation.

Atuqtuarvik Corporation is an Inuit owned Investment Corporation that provides financial services (through loans and equity investments) to Inuit businesses throughout Nunavut. Atuqtuarvik Corporation is wholly owned by Nunavut Tunngavik Inc.

NCC/AC Industrial Park L.P. completed the construction of three buildings in Iqaluit between 2011 and 2013, consisting of 25,500 square feet of heated warehouse space. This warehouse space is leased by the Government of Nunavut and various private sector businesses.

The construction of the $7.5 million dollar project known as the NCC/AC Industrial Park consisting of three (3) buildings started in May, 2012 once this development project is completed a total of 25,500 square feet of heated warehouse space on will be leased by Government and private sector businesses.

QPI/NCCP Plateau Development L.P. is a limited partnership registered under the Nunavut Partnership Act on November 1, 2019. The general partner is QPI/NCCP Plateau Development G.P. Ltd. The limited partners are Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. and NCC Properties Limited.

Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. (QPI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qikiqtaaluk Corporation, manages multiple commercial, residential and warehouse properties within Iqaluit. QPI reports 80% Inuit employment, with excellent employee retention rates. They are committed to the training and advancement of the skills for those who work for them.

QPI/NCCP Plateau Development L.P. was established for the purposes of developing and constructing mixed-use commercial and residential buildings on the Lower Plateau in Iqaluit (Lots 214 & 215 Qulliq Court). One of the new buildings, which is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in early 2022, will house the new corporate head offices of NCC Investment Group, Qikiqtaaluk Corporation and Nunasi Corporation.
